Growing up Katie played many sports, but her passion was camoige and she was fortunate to play at an Inter-county level. She started CrossFit because she quickly realised the importance of strength training for women
After two years of consistent training Katie decided that she wanted to further her fitness career and begin coaching.
Katie's passion is in coaching pregnant and postpartum woman. She also trains female sports teams, working with their cycle and nutrition to maximize their full potential on the field and track. Katie's goal is to help women understand their physiology in sports and fitness.
