I’ve always been passionate about movement and performance. Growing up in Costa Rica, I was deeply involved in sports like swimming, athletics, and football, where I learned discipline, teamwork, and perseverance from a young age. Over the years, CrossFit became a central part of my life, not only as an athlete but as a way to help others reach their potential.
Throughout my athletic journey, I’ve faced many moments of failure, times when I didn’t achieve the results I expected or fell short of my goals. But every setback taught me something valuable. Instead of giving up, I learned to analyze, adapt, and come back stronger. Those experiences shaped my mindset as both an athlete and a coach, reminding me that growth often comes through challenge and that persistence is what truly defines success.
I enjoy helping people get better. I like seeing others discover what they’re capable of and build confidence through movement. I’m motivated by the process of improvement, both mine and my athletes’. I want to work with people who are willing to put in the effort, learn, and grow step by step.
