Crossfit Online Level 1
Tina started Crossfit in 2016, shortly after her second child was born. Before that, she dabbled in various sports, including running, boxing, and cycling, but never really found her niche and wanted a new challenge to help get back on track with post-partum fitness and nutrition. From her first Crossfit class, she was hooked and is now passionate about sharing her enthusiasm with PMI members.
What started off as a hobby for Tina quickly became something much more - a really integral part of her day, a social outlet, and a key component of her mental health. As she became more experienced in the gym, she began to take her nutrition more seriously and to learn more and more about movement mechanics and technique. Training as a CF level 1 coach was the natural next step in this progression, and she's excited to continue developing as an athlete and a coach and to help others realise their fitness goals.
Tina is committed to helping members succeed, whether that means working toward a movement pb, moving well throughout a workout, or building a consistent training routine. She aims to support and encourage athletes to work steadily towards their goals, and to have fun along the way.
