Gym Rules - What We Expect Of Our Members

Reserve classes in advance of attendance.

Attend any class for which you have reserved a spot, or cancel your
spot in a timely manner if you know you can’t make it.

Late Cancellations

If you cancel a class after the cancellation deadline (15 minute for all
classes except for 6:30am - this is a 6 hour window), you may still
unregister to open up a spot for someone else, but this will still be
counted against your membership usage limits and you will not receive
a credit refund.

We understand things come up and sometimes this is unavoidable butunfortunately our booking system does not allow us access to amendcredits. You will be able to register for another class in this time period, but this will debit another credit from your monthly allowance.

Use our mobile app to cancel your class booking.

No-shows prevent other members from taking advantage of availablespots.

Arriving Late?

CrossFit PMI recognises that life happens, and there will be times
when, despite best efforts, you may arrive at the gym after your
reserved class has started. If you arrive late, it is up to the coach’s
discretion whether you can safely join the class or if it is best to wait for
a later session.

If a pattern of regular lateness develops, it is at the business owner’s discretion to take action, such as implementing a one-week reservation penalty.

Waitlist Settings

Auto-registrations:

Members on the waitlist will automatically be added to the class when a
spot becomes available. You can set your own minimum notice period
for this.

• You will receive a notification/email informing you of this.

• If you are registered for one class and also on the waitlist for another, you will not be automatically added to the waitlisted class if a spot opens up.

Drop In Policy

We only allow class drop-ins for non-members. You must have prior
CrossFit experience before booking and attending a class.
The Open Gym area is not available to anyone who does not have an
active membership with us.

Everyone has the right to access the services of Method Training
without disturbance.

Our commitment is to deliver excellent service in a space that is
welcoming and safe. We ask all customers and visitors for their cooperation in maintaining this environment.

We recognise the importance of balancing the lawful expression of views and opinions with preventing unacceptable  behaviour that affects our customers and visitors.

Examples of unacceptable behaviour include:

• Using threatening or intimidating language or behaviour toward employees, members, or visitors

• Harassing or bullying employees, members, or visitors

• Disorderly conduct, including but not limited to causing disturbances, shouting, creating a nuisance, or otherwise hindering the day-to-day business of Method Training

We aim to maintain a reputation for providing a welcoming community for all who visit us.

Gym Attire

All attendees are required to wear suitable clothing and footwear while
exercising. Denim, bare feet, flip-flops, and boots are examples of
unsuitable attire. Any member not wearing appropriate clothing may be
asked to leave the gym at the discretion of the management team.

Children & Safety

• Any children under the age of 12 in your care must be kept in view at all times. They must remain seated quietly upstairs on the mezzanine (middle floor next to the changing cubicles) and not disturb the class taking place, within reason.

Reasonable behaviour includes:

• Asking a parent for help

• Playing with toys (which must be cleaned up afterwards)

Unreasonable behaviour includes:

• Playing with the InBody machine

• Wandering up to the second floor and using equipment

• Repeatedly interrupting or crying during class

We understand children are children; however, parents must ensure safe and appropriate behaviour. This is for everyone’s safety. Pets and children are not permitted on the gym floor at any time.

We implement these policies to ensure the best possible training environment. If the owner feels a member is not adhering to these expectations, membership may be reviewed or revoked.

Likewise, if you feel CrossFit PMI is not upholding its promises, please let us know. We are committed to continuous improvement.

Membership T&C’s

Memberships are billed monthly and renew automatically. Billing begins
on the membership start date and is processed on the same date each
month thereafter. Some classes or events may be excluded from
memberships.

Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Memberships allow booking into a limited number of classes per month. Class credits refresh monthly in line with the billing date. No shows and late cancellations will not be reimbursed, and unused credits cannot be carried over. Memberships do not guarantee class availability; bookings are first come, first served.

Membership Cancellations

Members may cancel at any time with 28 days’ written notice via our cancellation form. This policy ensures a minimum level of commitment and allows our coaches to invest fully in members who are dedicated to improving their health and fitness.
